This is Maria Novo´s second poetry book, in which she now uses her own surname. The title is taken from a poem by Louis Cernuda: “freedom I don’t know, only the freedom of being someone´s prisoner, whose name I cannot hear without shivering…

The work is like a journey along the stations of desire, love and lack of love, through a construction rich in metaphors which serve her to express the loving adventure in its total extension. She tells about the paths of waiting, of delight, also of pain… In the book, in spite of all the shadows, there is always a place for hope.
